Today, 8 August, at Pt. Deenanath Pandey Girls’ College, the Gulabi Gang Commander conducted a training session for the students on self-defence and personal safety.
During the programme, the girls were encouraged to stay aware of their surroundings, protect themselves, and move forward in life with confidence and courage. Through songs, they were also taught the importance of education and encouraged to continue their studies and pursue their dreams.
The main objective of the programme was to empower girls to become safe, confident, self-reliant and educated.
